Chris Fields for U.S. Senate (NJ) — Petition Gathering Guide

We are fighting back for ordinary people and working families across New Jersey and we need your help to get on the ballot.

The deadline is March 23, 2026. We need 2,500 signatures from registered Democrats in New Jersey to appear on the June 2, 2026 Primary ballot.

How to Help

Step 1: Download and print the petition sheet here:

Step 2: Ask your friends, family members, classmates, coworkers, club members, and congregation to sign. Every signature gives New Jersey Democrats a real choice for quality housing people can afford, universal healthcare, and fair wages in the June Primary.

Important: Only registered Democrats in New Jersey can sign. Each signer must include their printed name, address, and signature exactly as they appear on their voter registration. Signatures must be original handwritten signatures on printed paper forms. Digital or electronic signatures are not valid.

Step 3: The person collecting the signatures must get the completed packet notarized before it can be submitted. You can find notaries at a UPS Store, most banks, and municipal buildings. Upon request we will reimburse printing and notary expenses. Contact us at team@chrisfieldsforsenate.com.

Please return all completed sheets by March 20, 2026 to give us time to review and organize before the official deadline. If mailing please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. Or contact us for ways to connect in person.

This is the crucial step to decide whether voters have a choice this June. We can’t do it without you.
