Chris Fields for U.S. Senate (NJ) — Petition Gathering Guide
Two hours of your time and support can change New Jersey politics!
We are fighting back for ordinary people and working families across New Jersey and we need your help to get on the ballot.
The deadline is March 23, 2026. We need 2,500 signatures from registered Democrats in New Jersey to appear on the June 2, 2026 Primary ballot.
How to Help

Step 3: Gather signatures. Print the form and sign it yourself. Then help us get as many other signatures as you can before Sunday. The most effective approach is going to a high traffic location such as Walmart, Whole Foods, Starbucks, or Target, train stations.
Approach people at the entrance with this simple ask: "Hi, are you willing to support a choice for (the issue of most concern to you) on the June ballot?" You can also ask your friends, family members, classmates, coworkers, club members, and congregation to sign.
Important: Only registered Democrats in New Jersey can sign. Each signer must include their printed name, address, and signature exactly as they appear on their voter registration. Signatures must be original handwritten signatures on printed paper forms. Digital or electronic signatures are not valid.
Step 4: Meet me here: The UPS Store, 1300 Prince Rodgers Ave Suite 1330, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. Sunday 3/22 between 1-5PM to drop off signatures. The person collecting the signatures must get the completed packet notarized before it can be submitted If you meet me on Sunday we will get them notarized when you drop them off.
If you'd like to get them notarized yourself you can find notaries at a UPS Store, most banks, and municipal buildings. Upon request we will reimburse printing and notary expenses. Contact us at team@chrisfieldsforsenate.com.
